Know what to do in case of an emergency. Learn how to save a life! Training meets OSHA Guidelines for First Aid Programs and combines lecture, interactive video demonstrations featuring emergency scenarios that are likely to occur in a variety of environments and hands-on training to teach participants lifesaving skills. You must attend the entire class, successfully complete a variety of skills and pass a written quiz. Upon completion of the course, you will obtain a 2 year certification in Adult & Child, First Aid, CPR & AED. First Aid: Participants learn to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies, such as burns, cuts and scrapes, sudden illnesses, and heat and cold emergencies. Participants learn how to perform CPR & care for cardiac & breathing emergencies for adults & children, AED: Participants learn how to use automatic external defibrillators.
